Our school is situated 40 kilometres north of Dargaville in the Kaipara District. We are a rural full primary school in close proximity to the Waipoua Forest, Ripiro Beach, Maunganui Bluff and the Kai Iwi Lakes.
To the left of our school is the tribal boundary of Ngati Whatua and to the right Nga Puhi. We are situated in the heart of Te Roroa.
Employment in our community is found through beef and dairy farming, the tourist industry, forestry work, the freezing works and self-employment.
We have a supportive community that participate in a variety of ways, who want and expect the best for their children, and who work hard to assist the school in achieving that. We work hard to foster close relationships with all stake holders within our community.
'Our goal is to develop confident, connected, actively involved, lifelong learners '
